This is a hybrid role that combines lightweight technical support with meaningful engineering work involving Linux/Windows system setup, scripting, and hardware-software integration.You will be the first point of contact for support calls and emails, helping our partners resolve system issues. Support volume is generally low, so most of your time will be spent on deploying systems built on SBCs, building automation tools, and improving the reliability and efficiency of our platforms in the field.This role is based in Tullamore, Ireland, and may require occasional travel to customer sites across Ireland, and occasionally the UK, for installations, diagnostics, or on-site support. A valid driving license is required.Please note: Our business operates on a flexible schedule that may vary throughout the year. During busy seasonal periods, support may be required during late nights, weekends, or holidays, as we run multiple shifts.
