Civil Engineering Graduate Role

This programme is your gateway to becoming a future leader in the construction industry. As a Civil Engineer, you'll have the opportunity to be mentored by a Senior Site Engineer where you'll be actively involved in a variety of technical tasks across the site.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist on all aspects of technical processes and procedures
* Review technical drawings, plans, and specifications
* Setting out
* Gather and analyse data for project planning, including environmental impact assessments, testing, and site surveys
* Support site inspections and monitor construction activities
* File site project documentation
* Requisition of materials
* Quality control
* Document control
* Managing site records and deliveries
* Report weekly and monthly data and information to site teams, key stakeholders and partners
* Maintain a professional image for the company in all dealings with public and stakeholders
Requirements:
* Hold (obtained within the last 2 years) or be working towards (2026 graduates) a Degree / Higher Diploma in Minimum of Level 7/8 degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* Flexible and adaptable
* IT literate, with a proactive approach to learning and ability to leverage emerging technologies including AI tools
