Debt Recovery Specialist This is a unique opportunity to become an integral part of our Asset & Debt recovery team in Dublin 2. * You will be working closely with clients, managing high-volume workloads and taking instructions from them. About the Role We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in General Debt Recovery. Your primary responsibilities will include drafting proceedings, serving court documents and instructing summons servers and tracing agents. Your role will involve briefings for counsel preparation of briefs, dealing with incoming correspondence from agents, solicitors and defendants as well as liaising with clients over court outcomes and next steps. You must also ensure safe handling of confidential data ensuring efficient workflow within your departmental target framework.
