Sales Representative

Job Description:

* The role of a Sales Representative is to develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
* Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions.
* Conduct product demonstrations and provide detailed information on product features.
* Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies.
* Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
* Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor products.

Requirements:

* Minimum experience of 3-5 years in sales.
* Proven track record of achieving targets and KPIs.
* Strong interest and knowledge of modern tractors and farm machinery.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong organizational and time-management skills.
* Willingness to travel and work flexible hours.
* Valid driver's license.
* Agri-business degree – an advantage.
