Dublin and we are seeking an experienced Operations & System Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing systems, improving workflow, and supporting a busy operations environment.Key Responsibilities• Manage and maintain Tourwriter and other internal systems to ensure accurate, real-time booking data and operational efficiency.• Build, update and optimise itineraries, pricing, and supplier data to support seamless itinerary delivery.• Oversee booking confirmations, travel documentation, and client communications to ensure timely and professional service.• Conduct quality control of all itineraries, vouchers, and travel documents to maintain high service standards.• Liaise with suppliers, guides, and partners to confirm services and ensure they are delivered as contracted.• Monitor and improve operational processes, templates, and data integrity to drive consistency and efficiency.• Support daily operations, scheduling, and departure readiness across all itineraries.• Troubleshoot system issues and liaise with software support when required.Requirements• Experience using Tourwriter (essential)• Previous experience in a tour operator, DMC or travel operations role• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills• Confident with technology and data management• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)• Ability to prioritise and work in a fast-paced environment• Positive, proactive approach to problem-solvingNice to Have• Experience in the golf travel industry (tours, events, suppliers)• Knowledge of other travel or CRM systems (e.g. Wetu, Tourplan, Travefy, Axus)• Supplier relationships in Ireland or Europe• Experience creating FIT or group itinerariesWhat We Offer• Competitive salary (commensurate with experience)• Full-time position in a friendly, growing team• On-site role in Swords, Co.
