This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of brand strategy, lead integrated campaigns, and shape how the organisation connects with its audience across multiple channels.As Brand Marketing Lead, you will play a key role in driving brand consistency, analysing data insights, and delivering campaigns that engage members and support key organisational initiatives. This role offers a strong mix of brand ownership, campaign delivery, and cross-functional collaboration.Core duties of the Brand Marketing Lead will include:ResponsibilitiesActing as the custodian of the organisation’s brand, ensuring a clear and consistent identity across all channels and communicationsDeveloping and refining messaging frameworks to support key programmes, initiatives, and audience segmentsPlanning and delivering integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive awareness and engagementCoordinating campaign activity end-to-end, managing timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables to ensure successful executionCreating and overseeing high-quality content across digital and offline channels, including social media, email, web, and printBringing brand stories to life through engaging storytelling that highlights impact, community, and key initiativesUsing data and performance insights to evaluate campaign effectiveness and continuously optimise activityGathering audience insights and behavioural trends to inform content, campaigns, and overall communication strategySupporting the delivery of events by ensuring a strong and consistent brand presence and aligned communicationsCollaborating closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver cohesive and effective marketing activityManaging priorities, workflows, and resources across multiple projects to ensure delivery against deadlinesQualifications5+ years’ experience in brand, marketing, or communications rolesStrong content creation and copywriting skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiencesExcellent project management and stakeholder management capabilitiesStrong understanding of digital marketing and content performanceData-driven mindset with experience analysing performance and optimising campaignsExperience within a membership, education, or regulated environmentUnderstanding of professional development or training-based organisationsWhat’s on offerCentral Dublin City locationOpportunity to take ownership of brand and campaign strategy within a respected organisationCollaborative and supportive team environmentStrong scope to make a visible impact*Please note – this role is based in Dublin City
