Our client, a prominent global leader in tit's field, is seeking a skilled MS Dynamics Developer to join their growing team. This role offers an exciting chance to contribute to the enhancement and customization of customer relationship management platforms that drive the business's customer engagement strategies.
As a MS Dynamics Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining CRM solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of the client’s marketing and customer service teams. You will work alongside cross-functional teams, including IT, marketing, and sales, to ensure seamless integration and optimal system performance.
This position is ideal for a developer who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about leveraging technology to improve customer experiences. You will engage in continuous learning and apply best practices to develop innovative CRM processes and tools.
Essential Experience
Minimum 5 years' experience in CRM development or a similar role.
Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, including Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service modules.
Proven experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Data Flows.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse.
Development experience using C#, .NET, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
Experience developing custom workflows, plugins, and integrations within Dynamics 365.
Good understanding of web technologies including HTML, CSS, REST APIs, SOAP, and OAuth.
Strong SQL Server and relational database knowledge.
Experience with data migration tools and methodologies, including SSIS.
Understanding of Dynamics 365 security, authentication, and authorisation principles.
Desirable Experience
Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform certifications.
Experience with Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Azure Service Bus.
Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, or other Microsoft technologies.
Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Git, JIRA, and FreshService.
Exposure to AI technologies such as Azure AI and Virtual Agents.
Qualifications
Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience.
Relevant Microsoft certifications are advantageous, including Dynamics 365 Fundamentals, PL-400, or PL-600.
