Job Responsibilities
1. Serve as the primary contact for restaurant-level Compensation programs globally.
2. Analyze data, develop cost estimates, and recommend or implement compensation programs to improve restaurant performance and support employees. Collaborate with HR Business Partners and cross-functional teams (finance, talent, operations) to understand needs and address policy questions. Keep teams informed of legislative updates and evaluate programs for improvements.
3. Administer restaurant-level compensation programs, including processing minimum wage, merit, and incentive programs regularly. Develop employee communications to enhance understanding of each program.
4. Evaluate new or modified jobs for corporate functions by reviewing job profiles and external benchmarking data. Participate in external job and salary surveys to support benchmarking.
5. Manage the global severance program, including creating documents, tracking changes, and informing relevant teams.
Candidate Expectations
* Bachelor's degree in human resources management, business, finance, or related field, or equivalent experience.
* 1-3 years of experience in compensation or human resources.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with strong analytical and organizational skills.
* Experience with compensation program administration.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to build cross-functional partnerships.

The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $102,000 annually, with a target bonus of 7.5% based on performance.
