Ensuring all Sales and Purchase orders are completed with a customer focused and right first-time philosophy and in a timely manner.As the Sales Support Administrator, you will:Raise sales orders from sales quotes and place purchase ordersEnsuring that all licenses, support, professional services and training SKUs are receipted in and fulfilled out within required timeframes and all relevant documentation is forwarded to the necessary parties.Chase Vendors for ETA for all purchase orders and ensure that all sales orders are updated with shipment tracking numbers and ETAsResolving any order queries/ issues ensuring minimal delay and impact on our clients.Investigate and complete credit request authorisations to satisfactory resolution in a timely mannerEnsure that return transactions are completed correct first time and in a timely mannerBuild strong relationships and ensuring that there is effective communication channels with both internal and external customers.Work closely with the sales team to ensure accurate and timely forecasting.Arrange delivery and collection slots with logistics partnersCo-ordinate shipping from quote stage to final delivery to End User at every step of the process and ensuring delays are minimised and deadlines are met, tracking key milestones.Responsible for Export license procedures and documentation filing in accordance with ECJU requirementsMaintaining database of products info – weights and dimensions, ECCN & HTS codesEnsure stock management targets are metReport on and improve processes to ensure quality and efficiency of servicesAny other reasonable duties which may be required by management from time to time.QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE | About youThe ideal Sales Support Administrator:Experience working in Export and or LogisticsA strong background working in high volume Administration/Operations roles, Ideally with in the IT channel.Proficient in Microsoft office (Word, Excel & Outlook) and have an excellent analytical and numerical skills with a good eye for detail.Ability to communicate effectively with both internal & external clientsTo work well under pressure within a team environment and the ability to be able to prioritise with good time managementWillingness to take on colleagues' tasks when the need arises, and to provide cover during periods of absence or peak periods.A flexible approach to working hoursWHO ARE EXCLUSIVE NETWORKS? | Why work for usWe are people focused and strongly believe that talent empowers us to continue our dynasty of disruption and growth in the future.
