Our client is a well established Credit Union, looking to hire a Member Service Officer to assist customers with their financial needs, handling account transactions, promoting credit union products and services, and supporting the overall operational efficiency of the branch.

Key Responsibilities?
* Act as first point of contact for members in-person, by phone, or electronically.
* Open, maintain, and update member accounts and records with accuracy and confidentiality.
* Assist members with routine inquiries, transactions, and basic financial education.
* Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other financial transactions.
Key Skills Required?
* Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service, admin or financial services environment
* APA and or QFA is advantageous but not a requirement
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
