About the Role
As a Senior Brand Manager at Kerry Dairy Consumer Foods, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing brand strategies to drive market share and brand growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to enhance brand equity and drive growth.
* Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
* Lead the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, and traditional channels.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and product development initiatives.
* Manage brand budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
* Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
* Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including sales, R&D, and external agencies, to ensure cohesive brand messaging and execution.
* Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Qualifications and Skills
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
* Minimum of 7 years of experience in brand management, preferably within FMCG.
* Strong analytical skills, creative thinking, and excellent communication abilities.
* Demonstrated success in developing and executing brand strategies that drive growth and market share. Experience in front end innovation development and comms development strongly desired.
* Ability to lead and inspire teams, with a focus on collaboration and innovation.
