\Helpers of a fast-paced business in Ireland are seeking an HR Administrator to support their HR environment. This role offers exposure across the full HR remit and comes with a competitive salary package.\helpers include:\helpers end-to-end recruitment administration, including job adverts, interviews, reference checks, and personnel updates. You will also assist with absence management, training scheduling, and HR analytics. We require a minimum of 12 months HR Administration experience within a fast-paced environment, along with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, HR Systems, and absence management.
What We Offer
\Helper of up to €35,000 dependent upon experience, enhanced annual leave, pension, death in service benefit, and tailored support from the HR Officer and wider management team.
