You will be filming, editing and delivering social content weekly.What you'll be doingGoing on site to client jobs (Dublin & Leinster primarily)Filming short-form, vertical video for: Instagram Reels, TikTok & paid social adsCapturing on an iPhone or mirrorless cameraCapturing content: Work in progress, Before / afters, Vans, signage, tools and Natural moments (not staged "commercial" shots)Editing videos for social mediaStrong hooks (first 1–2 seconds matter)On-screen captionsFast, clean editsTurning 1 site visit into multiple usable videosOrganising and delivering files neatly to the teamSkills & experience we're looking forComfortable filming in trade / construction environmentsStrong understanding of short-form social videoConfident editing social video (CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar)Knows how to frame shots quickly and efficientlyCan follow clear creative direction and contribute content ideasOrganised, reliable, and comfortable working independentlyThis role is not about cinematic storytelling or brand films.It's about capturing reality, spotting good moments fast, and turning them into content that performs.Job Type: Full-timePay: €27,000.00-€36,000.00 per yearLicence/Certification:Full Driving Licence (required)Work authorisation:Ireland (required)Work Location: Hybrid remote in Tallaght, Dublin 24, CO.
