We’re looking for skilled Business Developers with a background in hospitality!
The ideal candidate should come from a hospitality background to generate and engage with business and to build new business for the company. We are working with a reputable name in the Food & Beverage Industry and are looking for the perfect fit. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills.
The role:
* Engaging with customers and clients.
* Sourcing leads through cold-calling and building relationships with current and prospective clients.
* Discovering new business opportunities and areas for growth.
* Analyzing valuable trends for the company.
* Setting goals and objectives in alignment with the company’s strategy.
* Providing feedback to management.
* Managing, completing, and submitting company documents according to requirements.
* Collaborating with the Managing Director, Operations Team, and other resources to develop custom solutions, such as tender documentation and food concepts.
* Attending industry events, conferences, and seminars to stay updated on industry trends and enhance brand awareness.
* Supporting the company’s retention strategy with existing clients.
* Promoting the company’s services across social media channels.
* Keeping an accurate CRM database of current, active, and prospective clients.
The candidate:
* Bachelor’s degree and equivalent experience in Tourism/Hospitality.
* 5 years in a Business Development role.
* Full clean driver’s license and car.
* Proven track record of achieving KPIs.
* Focused and goal-oriented.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
