About the Role:
This role is responsible for delivering high quality installation, repair and maintenance services to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction levels. The successful candidate will work closely with various agencies supported by our organization to provide prompt and efficient service delivery.
• Installation, calibration, commissioning and servicing of scientific instruments.• Identifying, analyzing and repairing product failures as well as ordering replacement parts when required.• Performing preventative maintenance in accordance with agreed schedules.
o Calibrating instruments or testing equipment according to established standards.
