We are seeking a hands-on Technical Lead to drive Agile delivery and quality engineering for cutting edge Generative AI (GenAI) applications.This hybrid role blends Scrum leadership with technical depth in test automation, ensuring the consistent delivery of high performing, reliable, and user-centric AI driven solutions.The ideal candidate thrives at the intersection of team leadership, automation engineering, and AI innovation balancing process excellence with technical execution.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end Agile delivery, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.Design and implement automated test frameworks leveraging Python, Selenium, and low-code platforms such as AccelQ.Define and execute comprehensive test strategies for GenAI features, covering functional, integration, performance, and UX testing.Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and DevOps teams to align on priorities and ensure high quality releases.Mentor QA engineers and developers on automation, quality best practices, and Agile methodologies.Enhance CI/CD pipelines to integrate automated testing, improve deployment confidence, and accelerate release cycles.Promote observability and proactive quality management through test monitoring, coverage analysis, and reporting.Required Skills & ExperienceProven experience in QA automation using Python and Selenium.Hands-on experience with low-code test automation tools (e.g., AccelQ or similar).Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).Familiarity with GenAI concepts, AI/ML fundamentals, and data validation workflows.Experience with API and integration testing, including RESTful and streaming interfaces.Practical exposure to CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, and cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP).Solid SQL knowledge for data integrity and backend validation.Soft SkillsProven leadership and communication skills across distributed, cross-functional teams.Ability to mentor, influence, and promote best practices within QA and delivery teams.Passionate about continuous learning, innovation, and improving team velocity and quality.Collaborative and proactive mindset, focused on outcomes and team success.What do we offer you?Attractive salaryLarge freedom and real influenceNo unhealthy competition, team approach to meeting challengesRemote work modelCompany apartments in cool cities across Europe: work and enjoy a memorable getawayAbout usWe are a software house with a 18-year history, a rich portfolio, projects all over the world and an appetite for more.
