We are currently recruiting Support Workers and Community Support Workers to join on a permanent basis across Residential, and Day Services in the Carlow/Kilkenny area The Role As a Support Worker, you will: Provide person-centred support in residential, day or community settings Promote independence, wellbeing and social inclusion Support daily routines, activities and community engagement Assist individuals to achieve personal goals and develop life skills Work collaboratively within supportive, experienced teams Contribute to a safe, positive and empowering environment Shift Patterns Residential: Days and night rosters(flexibility required) Day Services: Predominantly Monday–Saturday Applicant Requirements QQI Level 5 Healthcare qualification (minimum 8 modules completed – essential) Full manual driver's licence (essential) A genuine interest in working with people with disabilities or autism Strong communication, empathy and teamwork skills Flexibility and a person-centred approach to care Why choose this role Starting pay: €15 per hour (with increment every 12 months) Ongoing training, upskilling and career development Supportive working environment and strong team culture For more info and to apply, please click the apply button or contact Louise via
