The successful candidate will lead from the front — personally delivering sales at events and high-footfall retail locations while building, developing and inspiring a high-performing field team.You will take full responsibility for regional revenue growth, ensure exceptional brand representation, and cultivate a culture of accountability, professionalism and performance excellence.Due to the operational nature of the role, a valid driving licence is essential, along with confidence in driving a small van, as regular travel and transport of equipment will be required.Key ResponsibilitiesSales Leadership & Revenue GrowthAssume full ownership of regional sales performance across events and high-footfall retail locationsLead by example through direct sales contributionConsistently deliver and exceed regional targetsTeam Development & Performance ManagementRecruit, onboard and develop high-calibre field sales ambassadorsProvide structured coaching and real-time performance feedback in live selling environmentsFoster a results-driven culture centred on accountability and continuous improvementEnsure appropriate staffing coverage and operational readiness across all locationsOversee sales data analysis and performance trackingOperational ExcellenceMaintain high execution standards across all sitesEnsure strong product knowledge and brand representation throughout the teamCoordinate regional scheduling and event coverageSupport event logistics, including stand builds and breakdowns where requiredReview and validate weekly sales reportingMonitor attendance and regional expenditureOversee uniforms, equipment and scheduling systemsConduct regular inventory checks and maintain equipment storage to a high standardStakeholder Engagement & CommunicationProvide regular performance updates and regional insights to senior managementConduct structured team meetings and performance reviewsMaintain effective working relationships with internal stakeholdersAbout YouYou are a proven sales leader with a strong background in face-to-face or field-based sales environments and a minimum of three years' field sales experience.You will demonstrate:A consistent track record of exceeding both personal and team sales targetsExperience leading high-performing sales teamsStrong coaching and motivational capabilityCommercial awareness and accountability for performanceProficiency in scheduling tools and reporting systemsExcellent communication, problem-solving and stakeholder management skillsFlexibility to travel extensively across IrelandA valid driving licence and confidence driving a small van for event logisticsA proactive, resilient and highly driven mindsetThis role will suit an ambitious leader who thrives in fast-paced, performance-led environments and is motivated by building and scaling successful regional operations.Employment Terms & PackageEmployment Type: Full-time, permanentLocation: Ideally based in the Dublin areaWorking Pattern: Weekend work is expected in line with event requirements and business needsOn-Target Earnings: £85,000 – £100,000 OTEAdditional Incentives: Performance-based bonus and commission structureCompany Vehicle: Eligibility for a company car or van
