As we continue to grow, were looking for a driven and enthusiastic Business Development Representative (BDR) to help us expand our footprint across these dynamic sectors. Role Overview As a BDR at KitchTech, youll be on the front line of our sales efforts, focused on generating new business opportunities through proactive outreach. Youll be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential customers, initiating conversations, and booking discovery calls with our Sales & Support Managers. This is a remote-first role during the early stages, with plans to transition into a new office environmentgiving you flexibility now and collaboration in the future. Key Responsibilities Prospecting: Identify and target hospitality, catering, and retail businesses that would benefit from KitchTechs solutions. Lead Generation: Reach out via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels to connect with key decision-makers. Qualification: Assess prospects' needs and readiness, ensuring strong alignment with our platform before handing off. Appointment Setting: Schedule high-quality meetings with our Sales & Support Managers for product demonstrations and solution discussions. CRM Management: Keep detailed and accurate records of all activities and communications in our CRM (e.g., Pipedrive). Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies and messaging. Feedback & Insights: Share learnings from the field to help optimize our approach, improve our offering, and inform go-to-market strategies. Performance Tracking: Consistently meet or exceed activity and conversion targets. Ideal Candidate 12 years in a sales development, BDR, or customer-facing roleideally within SaaS or selling into hospitality, catering, or retail sectors. Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal and written skills. Energetic, persistent, and not afraid of high-volume outreach or cold calling. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management. Tech-savvy, familiar with sales tools like Pipedrive, HubSpot, Salesforce, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Bonus Points For Experience or deep understanding of the hospitality, retail, or foodservice industry. Familiarity with operational challenges in kitchens, compliance, or multi-site retail. Passion for SaaS and how tech can simplify and elevate traditional workflows.
