Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading all aspects of HR operations and strategic HR delivery across the business.
Specifically, this includes designing, delivering and implementing HR strategies and projects, leading and mentoring HR teams, taking ownership of employment relations and industrial relations issues, overseeing compensation and benefits, recruitment and training programs, implementing HR cultural initiatives, analyzing industry best practices and providing HR input to senior leadership decision-making processes.
Additionally, the ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering on HR projects and initiatives, as well as experience working in a unionized environment.

Job Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications and skills:
1. A 3rd level degree in HR, business studies or a relevant discipline.
2. 4-5+ years' relevant HR experience, ideally gained in an HR leadership role.
3. Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft applications.
4. Excellent attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
