We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Building Design Specialist to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the design of a range of projects, including mixed-use developments, hotels, commercial, retail, industrial and residential developments.
They will work on engineering challenging projects while maintaining a good work-life balance in a fantastic working environment.
Key Projects: Mixed-use developments, Hotels, Commercial, Retail, Industrial and Residential Developments.
* 7 years+ experience as a structural engineer in Ireland or the UK
* Proficient in the design of multi-storey buildings in various materials (steel, masonry, reinforced concrete, timber frame)
* Competent in software including TEDDS, MasterSeries, PDS, Microdrainage/Flow, AutoCAD/Revit
* Good understanding of construction techniques, sequences of work, temporary works, Irish Building Regs and working under BCAR
* Organised approach to problem solving and a willingness to explore new opportunities
* Good attention to detail with knowledge of/experience in working in an ISO 9001:2015 environment
Salary €60 K - €75 K. Excellent bonus, Generous Pension, Remote working & flexible working hours, Paid Institute Membership, 23 days leave per annum, Expenses and Excellent CPD programme.
