Summary of key activities * Taking orders and serving customers * Maintaining high levels of quality of service * Take directions from floor supervisor and the food and beverage manager * Updating stock levels variances * Covering early bar shifts serving drinks and food.
Experience and skills * Ability to work under pressure * Passionate and Enthusiastic about customer service *Barista Trained * Experience in a similar role * Fluent in English * Show initiative * Knowledge about bar service is an advantage Ideal Applicant * Positive can-do attitude * Flexible * Able to prioritize what needs to be done * Ability to work under pressure * Team player
