What You'll Be Doing:
* Culinary Excellence: Assisting with the preparation of all food menus
* Operational Flow: Ensuring the kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently, consistently meeting our high-quality standards.
* Safety & Compliance: Upholding and enforcing all sanitation regulations, safety standards, and company guidelines.
* Continuous Learning: Participating actively in company-provided training and adhering to all procedures in our Employee and Safety Handbooks.
What We're Looking For:
* Experience: A minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Senior Sous Chef, or a highly skilled Chef de Partie ready for this exciting progression.
* Legal to Work: Must possess a valid working permit for Ireland.
