What You'll Get Permanent role with a reputable construction company Work on-site at the Head Office in Cookstown Monday to Thursday 8:30am-5:00pm, Friday 8:30am-4:30pm Opportunity to develop your accounting skills in a busy environment What You'll Do Match and review invoices against delivery notes and orders Process invoices using Sage 50 Reconcile supplier statements and prepare month-end payment runs Reconcile debit and credit card statements Manage supplier and staff queries and resolve invoice discrepancies promptly Prepare financial reports and maintain organised records Support general administrative and accounting duties About You Minimum 12 months' experience in an accounts role Sage 50 experience essential Construction sector experience a plus but not essential Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Ability to manage workload in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Good numerical and analytical ability Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Team player with the initiative to work independently For further information on this vacancy, or any other Accountancy & Finance job in Belfast or wider Northern Ireland, please apply via the link below or contact Kevin Roberts in the strictest confidence.
