Your day to day: Lead and motivate a high-performing team of Agency Account & Partner Managers Drive revenue growth and exceed KPIs Coach and develop team members through regular 1:1s Identify process barriers and improve productivity Ensure high-quality sales execution and operational excellence Support recruitment and onboarding of top sales talent Maintain client SLAs and performance standards Compensation package: Youll earn a €55,000 base salary, plus a €2,000€4,000 sign-on bonus and up to €25,000 in commission, depending on performance.
