Job Title: Talent Acquisition Strategist
The ideal candidate will have experience in all areas related to human resources field management. They should be comfortable onboarding new candidates and collecting necessary background information as well as assisting employees while at work.

* To assist Managers to formulate potential strategies to handle staff levels and full-time equivalents in accordance with workloads during both high and low season.
Managing Recruitment Process, Internal/External:
* Manage the head-hunting process for recruitment and selection activities both internally and externally, as required.
Maintenance of High-Quality Employee Relations Service:
* To assist Managers and staff in conflict resolution through maintaining a positive employee relations service.
