A key role exists within our organisation for an individual to coordinate travel-related activities.
* Act as the primary point of contact for all matters pertaining to employee and executive travel
* Manage the travel email inbox, prioritising emails and forwarding them to relevant team members or departments
* Ensure timely communication with head office and approvers/on-site offices regarding travel requests
* Collaborate closely with the Finance Team to share and verify latest travel expenses and agreements
* Oversee travel operations in Ireland and European project sites
Key skills include excellent interpersonal skills, business acumen, proficiency in MS Office applications and awareness of international travel regulations.
A self-motivated, assertive individual is required, possessing strong organisational skills, attention to detail and time management abilities.
