Site Manager (Apartments): Site Manager required for a highly reputable builder developer to work on an apartments project in Cork City.
RC Frame experience in Ireland or the UK is required for this role.
Our client has an very good reputation and will be building several more projects in the Cork Region for many years.
Requirements: 5+ years experience at Site Management RC Fame build experience Experience in the finishing stages of residential units Proven track record of managing apartments projects Good at leading a team Role: Day-to-day management, coordination and monitoring of the site labour force and specialist subcontractors Assist the Project team to monitor progress to meet agreed programme targets Ensure works are delivered to the highest possible quality standards Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations and company policies at all times Work closely with supply chain and subcontractors to maintain positive relationships and culture on the ground Salary: Basic salary circa €80k -€90k+ Travel Allowance / Company Van If you are a Site Managerconsidering a career move, please feel to send your CV orcontact Declan Hassonfor a confidential discussion.
