Clinical Lead in Occupational Health
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct occupational health assessments, adhering to international best practice and relevant legislation.
* Oversee the delivery of occupational health services, including immunization and health surveillance programs.
* Assess and advise on workplace hazards and risks as part of a multidisciplinary team.
* Collaborate with senior clinical leaders to review and develop occupational health service delivery.
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives, research, and education for clinical staff.
Requirements:
* Hold Specialist Registration in Occupational Medicine or demonstrate eligibility within six months.
* Possess extensive professional experience in Occupational Medicine and Health.
* Proven ability to develop and implement quality improvement programs.
