About the Role:
* We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Officer to ensure adherence to regulations and National Standards, as well as Professional Regulatory bodies.
* The successful candidate will stay informed on standards and government publications for services in the disability sector.
* They will maintain accurate HR systems/electronic filing in a timely manner and ensure up-to-date personnel records, HR metrics, and statistics.
* Proper archiving of files and preparation of information as per requests from relevant authorities are vital tasks.
* Compliance with relevant circulars, policies, procedures, and guidelines, as well as GDPR guidelines, is essential.
* Review and maintain NPR Registrations, promote dignity at work, and comply with safety regulations, as well as other duties as required.
Requirements:
* A degree or equivalent qualification in HR or professional membership of CIPD is necessary.
* High proficiency in MS Office suite is a requirement.
* 3-5 years of administration experience, including working with computer databases, is needed.
* Proven track record in high-volume recruitment data entry is expected.
* Possession of a full clean driving license is mandatory.
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail are essential.
* Ability to exercise good judgment, discretion, and confidentiality is required.
* Team player with ability to collaborate effectively is needed.
* Strong research and strategic thinking abilities are required.
* Excellent communication and report-writing skills are essential.
* Change management and adaptability capabilities are necessary.
