Tax Director (tax advisory, dispute and transactional work)

We are currently looking for a strong leader and seasoned Tax Director to join one of Ireland's leading Law Firms in Dublin. If you are a strong negotiator who wants to tackle the most complex deals and can develop new transaction structures and approaches, then we want to speak to you!

You will be performing a key leadership role within the Tax Team. Overseeing work from more junior members and guiding them along their education and training. It will be vital to undertake the high priority client work across corporate, M&A, securitisation, finance, real estate and disputes. Your responsibilities will also include assisting in the development of responses to tax policy initiatives of OECD, EU, Department of Finance and Revenue Commissioners.
You will need to provide evidence of the following:
7+ years relevant post qualification experience (Legal or Accountancy (ACA / ACCA/CTA)
Tax Lawyer experience is desired but not essential
Strong Advisory and Client relationship management skills
Positive attitude, with an ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent technical knowledge
