We are excited to be recruiting for a Front of House Administrator to join our client, an independent clinic that has been providing expert audiology and clinical ear care for many years. As an important part of our client's journey from start to finish our front of house team play an essential role in our clinics delivering the highest level of customer service to our patients. We are looking for the right candidate to join their team that will share their values in being welcoming, friendly, professional and caring. The successful candidate will join our front of house team working 38 hours. 3 day week: 9:00 -530pm (Monday-Sat) Day to day duties will include meeting and greeting patients, carrying out administration tasks, answering electronic and telephone enquires as well as managing the diary of the audiologist and assisting clients with minor hearing aid repairs. Role Responsibilities. Welcoming everyone who enters the store and informing them of the services we offer and products and booking walk ins. Ensure the store is always presented in a clean, welcoming manner. Managing the audiologists diary with any potential walk-ins that come into the store. Creating appointments and liaising daily with the central contact centre team in Kildare. Demonstrate Hearing products to potential customers, including Hearing Aids, Accessories & service products. Maintaining adequate stock levels of consumables.
