Sound interesting?Join Studyclix's mission to help students achieve their potentialWho we areStudyclix is a digital product that gives students the tools and resources to reach their full potential in exams.Role DescriptionThe Motion Graphic Specialist will help to create engaging educational content. Your primary role on the video production team is to animate storyboards.You will bring various educational topics to life through a series of short videos designed to help 12-19 year olds revise topics on the Leaving Cert and Junior Cycle syllabus.Here is an example of the type of educational video we make: Required Experience/ SkillsRelevant degree in Multimedia, Graphic Design, or related fieldProficiency in motion graphics and experience using Adobe After EffectsAbility to conceptualise ideas and communicate them visually in a way that is easy for students to grasp and rememberExcellent communication and collaboration skillsStrong work ethicStrong time management skillsNice to haveExperience using digital communication tools such as MS Teams/Slack.Experience creating educational contentWhat's in it for youWork and learn from a team of talented peopleCreating content that will help students reach their full potentialFun, sociable and empathetic working cultureRemote or you are welcome to work from our office in Dún Laoghaire, Co. DublinTermsThis is a 3 month contract role for a specific e-learning project (role may be extended)You must be able to provide your own equipment ( suitable laptop + monitor) and workspace.Rate of pay: €14 an hourInterview ProcessWhen applying please provide us with a means to evaluate your skills in motion graphics, for example share a link your portfolio.Stage 1: Submit CVWe will review your CV and if you are shortlisted we will contact you.Stage 2: Paid AssignmentIf your CV is shortlisted, we will invite you to demonstrate your suitability for the roleYou will be asked to complete a paid assignment. This will be 4-6 hours of work to enable us to determine if you have the skills and aptitude required for this role.Stage 3: Final Interview over phone/ ZoomIf we feel your skills are aligned to what we are looking for, we will do a short further interview and all going well, will offer you the opportunity to join our team.
