Key Responsibilities:
* Handle and process renewals, quotations, and existing client accounts.
* Advise clients on suitable cover and identify opportunities for additional policies.
* Research and negotiate with insurers to provide clients with best cover and value.
* Manage day-to-day client queries, mid-term adjustments, claims handling, and general account administration.
Requirements:
* Energetic and driven individual able to manage personal lines business in a team setting.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including confident telephone manner.
* Strong focus on professionalism and integrity.
* APA qualification required.
* Experience using Applied Systems (Relay) essential.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and internet systems.
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Fully compliant with CPD requirements.
