We are currently working with a Dublin-based organisation to recruit a Financial Controller for a key role within their finance team.
This is a hands-on position offering broad exposure across financial reporting, operations and business support, within a dynamic and evolving environment.
Key Responsibilities
Preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reporting
Ownership of the month-end close process
Budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management
Liaising with auditors and supporting year-end processes
Strengthening financial controls and improving processes
Partnering with operational stakeholders across the business
Candidate Profile
Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
3–6 years’ experience in audit and/or industryStrong technical accounting and financial reporting skills
Hands‐on approach with a proactive mindset
Ability to work closely with non-finance stakeholders
