Position: Deputy General Manager Location: Ennis, Co. Clare Salary: €50,000 per annum The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to search for a Deputy General Manager in Ennis, Co. Clare. This is a key leadership role within a well-established hotel, supporting the General Manager in the day-to-day operations and overall performance of the business. The successful candidate will play a vital role in driving operational excellence, leading teams across all departments, and ensuring the highest standards of guest experience. The Duties: Support the General Manager in overseeing daily hotel operations across all departments Lead, motivate, and develop departmental teams to achieve operational and service excellence Ensure consistent delivery of high standards in guest service and customer satisfaction Monitor financial performance, budgets, and cost control measures Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance management Handle guest feedback, complaints, and ensure timely resolution Drive sales initiatives and support revenue growth across the property Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health & safety regulations The Must Requirements to be Considered: Must have experience in Hospitality Must have experience in a Deputy General Manager role or be ready to step forward in their career Strong operational knowledge across rooms division, food & beverage, and front office Proven leadership and team management skills Commercial awareness with experience in budgeting and cost control Excellent communication and organisational skills Living in Ireland and have the right to work in ROI Visa and Relocation packages are not provided Salary & Benefits: Salary: €50,000 per annum (Negotiable depending on experience) Opportunities for career progression within the company Access to professional development and training programs A dynamic and supportive working environment
