As the lead safety professional, you will be responsible for establishing and implementing a comprehensive health and safety strategy that aligns with statutory obligations. Key Responsibilities * Support the development and implementation of the safety management system and safe systems of work in line with regulatory requirements; * Work closely with operational teams to develop and monitor safe systems of work and risk assessments to ensure all project activities are adequately planned and executed; * Audit projects to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards; track EHS indices; address non-conformances; highlight health & safety issues from pre-construction to completion; * Attend start-up meetings with site teams as an active participant, facilitate internal & external inspections/audits, ensuring timely close-out of any arising issues; Reporting Requirements:
