Job Description
Duties include carrying out skilled carpentry repairs and restorations in line with conservation best practices, working with traditional tools, materials, and methods to maintain the historic integrity of period buildings, interpreting and working from architectural drawings, conservation reports, and historical references, collaborating closely with conservation officers, architects, and other skilled trades, conducting regular inspections and condition assessments of timber structures, windows, doors, flooring, and bespoke joinery, ensuring all work complies with relevant heritage and building regulations and maintaining accurate records of work carried out, materials used, and any alterations made.

* 5 years of experience as a carpenter.
