Account Executive – Entrepreneur (German & English Speaker)

We're hiring an Account Executive to join one of Europe's fastest-scaling SaaS companies — a leader in the marketing automation and customer data platform space. You'll play a key role in expanding the client base across EMEA while building strong, long-term customer relationships.
What You'll Be Doing
1. Own the full sales cycle: from initial outreach and discovery to demo, negotiation, and close
2. Proactively build and manage a robust pipeline of e-commerce and retail prospects
3. Engage with founders, business owners, and marketers — guiding them to the right solution
4. Use creative outbound strategies to connect with new leads and stand out in a crowded market
5. Work from our Dublin office 3 days a week, with 2 days remote for flexibility
What You Bring
6. 1+ year of experience carrying a net-new revenue quota in a SaaS sales role
7. A strong background in outbound sales, with a proven ability to close high-quality deals
8. Experience selling to marketing decision-makers and business founders
9. Fluency in German and English (written & spoken)
