They are currently seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join their growing Commercial Insurance team in their Dublin office. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with at least 2 years experience in the Irish commercial insurance market who is looking to take the next step in their career. Key Responsibilities: Manage and retain your own book of commercial renewals. Achieve and exceed individual retention and service targets. Handle all aspects of monthly renewals, including documentation and client communication. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and insurers. Provide expert advice and high-quality customer service across all client interactions. Handle inbound client calls efficiently and professionally. Maintain and grow knowledge of commercial insurance products and market trends. The Ideal Candidate: Minimum of 2 years experience working in commercial insurance in the Irish market. Proven experience managing an existing book of business. APA Commercial qualified (minimum); working towards full CIP qualification. Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and solutions-oriented. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Capable of working independently and as part of a team. A genuine interest in career development within commercial insurance.
