Key Responsibilities
* Provide technical support for our existing precast product range and propose effective solutions
* Assist in the preparation and completion of tenders and quotations
* Identify opportunities for new product development and innovation
* Work closely with the production and sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction
* Conduct on-site assessments and provide technical assistance to clients as required
* Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships through site visits and follow-up support
* Represent the company professionally across client sites and meetings
Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in a technical, design, or support role within the construction or precast industry
* Proficient in reading and interpreting construction and technical drawings
* Competency with CAD or similar design software (e.g. AutoCAD)
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
* Proven ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines
* A customer-focused mindset with excellent relationship-building abilities
* Knowledge of construction standards and regulations in Ireland

Desired Skills and Experience
Background in construction, civil engineering, or precast concrete
Strong knowledge of technical drawings (AutoCAD/CAD skills preferred)
Confident communicator with excellent client relationship skills
Ability to manage workload and prioritise tasks effectively
A customer-focused mindset and strong attention to detail
