Key Responsibilities:
* To prepare and cook food in accordance with current food hygiene regulations and guidelines.
* To provide a high standard of catering to meet the needs of the Head Chef and all customers.
* To maintain up-to-date HACCP and Manual Handling certifications (training provided).
* To work effectively as part of a team, ensuring seamless service delivery.

* Cooking Irish Restaurant Experience
