Overview
Our client is a specialist in providing Wealth Management and Financial services to businesses, business owners and individuals. This position is based Dublin with the successful candidate working in the field covering Dublin / Leinster.
Outline of position
The successful candidate will have at least 5 years advisory and servicing experience preferably with high net worth clients who have a need for qualified advice. They will be required to look after an existing book of clients and be able to further develop a client base. The individual will be required to produce and present appropriate financial solutions in the area of wealth management, income protection and financial services. Building client relationships and enhancing the reputation and brand awareness of the company will also be key.
* Meeting clients
* Providing financial advice to a new and existing client base
* Managing and continuously building relationships with the client portfolio
* Developing new business opportunities through internal and external channels
* Achieving agreed sales targets and team-based goals
* Adhering to standards/codes/rules set by regulators
* Increasing our brand awareness and be an ambassadorial presence in our marketplace
Required experience and qualifications
* All applicants must be fully QFA qualified – minimum requirement for this role and a third level qualification.
* At least 3 years advisory experience in financial services.
* An ability to work with an existing client base to develop and grow that book
* Excellent knowledge of investment products, markets and the associated risk / return rationale
* Excellent knowledge of all pension products, their technicalities and their associated tax guidelines.
* Strong interpersonal, problem solving and relationship management skills.
* Be able to work as part of a team.
* A high level of accuracy/attention to detail.
* An ability to prioritise workload.
* Able to work on their own initiative
