What You Bring
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance or a related field is required for foundational understanding of both technology and financial principles.
* 1–3 years of experience in application support or financial systems equips you with practical skills relevant to this position.
* Basic understanding of Trade Finance ensures you can quickly grasp core concepts necessary for effective support.
* Strong communication skills enable you to interact considerately with users at all levels of the organisation.
* Problem-solving abilities allow you to analyse issues thoughtfully and contribute positively towards resolutions.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment demonstrates your commitment to communal success.
* Familiarity with Eximbills or similar Trade Finance transaction booking systems is preferred for enhanced effectiveness.
* Exposure to SQL and scripting languages provides additional technical capability that supports troubleshooting efforts.
* Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or JIRA helps streamline case management processes.
* Knowledge of ITIL practices and support workflows is advantageous for maintaining high standards of service delivery.
