Job Description:
You will be responsible for providing full-cycle Human Resources support, by managing all HR processes from end to end, from administrative to strategic. This will include executing ResourceKraft's people initiatives, providing great internal support and driving HR functional excellence and process improvement.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
* Serve as lead point of contact for day-to-day HR Support (15+) people) including but not limited to employee relations, communication, support and compliance.
* Use HR experience to support organisational development/change management initiatives and employee engagement.
* Create, implement, and evaluate/update HR policies, procedures and systems.
* Manage recruitment process, (advertising, selection, job offers, reference checking and onboarding).
* Co-ordinate performance reviews and training and development plans.
* Provide coaching and mentoring support to managers on a range of people and performance topics.
* Support the design and development of key HR initiatives.
* Lead grievance and disciplinary investigations, meetings, hearings and appeals.
* Maintain compliance with employment laws, regulations and recommended best practices.
* Ensure employee records are fully compliant, up to date and monitored in line with GDPR and Employment Law legislation.
* Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes in HR and employment law.
Key requirements and Qualifications:
* 5+ years experience in HR Generalist role.
