This is an exciting opportunity to join a public sector organisation and contribute to the establishment and maintenance of high standards and good practice, while also protecting the interests of individuals in need of support and care. The Role: We are seeking a Technical Report Writer who will be responsible for compiling detailed compliance inspection reports based on the information that is gathered during inspections by the inspection teams. The Technical Report Drafter must ensure the final presentation of reports is of a high quality and produced in a consistent, transparent format for any third party to review. Interested in applying? Key Responsibilities: Writing draft inspection reports, based on written information provided by the inspection teams, in standard format, using appropriate templates, to be completed and submitted within?established?timelines. Maintaining continuity of style throughout the creation of all reports. Working closely with inspectors in the production of final reports. Proof reading and editing draft inspection reports to ensure accuracy. Working with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the documentation requirements. Producing high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for intended audience. Making amendments to written material in line with the suggestions of other departments.
