Red Chair Recruitment are currently accepting applications for an experienced
Chef de Partie
for a fantastic establishment based in Co.
Kilkenny.
The main responsibilities of the role would be to manage and prepare your section which will supply exquisite dishes using the finest ingredients for the everyday food service in a very busy restaurant and bar area situated within a hotel.
You will assist the Head Chef in maintaining and setting culinary standards, producing exceptional dishes and enhancing the guest experience.
REQUIREMENTS
2-3 Years Chef de Partie experience within a 4*/5* hotel or similar environment essential for the role
A desire and passion to develop your skills and grow using the finest of ingredients and produce
Fine Dining experience considered an advantage
Ability to manage you section and assist with the everyday service of a busy restaurant & bar within a hotel setting
Flexible with working hours as role will include, mornings, evenings and weekends
Exceptional attention to detail with a positive hands on attitude
Willingness to learn and develop within the kitchen
PACKAGE ON OFFER
Competitive salary of €35,000 per annum dependent on experience and qualifications
