Plan, coordinate, and manage staff and resources within the ward
Qualifications
Registered General Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland
Minimum 3 years of clinical experience after registrationManagement course (preferred) or willingness to pursue one
Excellent interpersonal skills
Leadership and management skills
Knowledge of nurse education and development issues
