**Job Title:** Senior Manufacturing Engineer
About the Role:
The position is responsible for driving day-to-day productivity within our manufacturing department. This involves leading planning initiatives, managing key performance indicators (KPIs), steering capital and efficiency projects, overseeing technical non-conformance reports (NCRs), and administering SAP systems.
The ideal candidate will be instrumental in optimizing processes, improving yields, and fostering continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
This role requires a strong background in process optimization with experience in Lean Six Sigma and 5 S programs. The successful candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as demonstrated teamwork and presentation abilities.
We are looking for a team player who can lead cross-functional teams to deliver business objectives while maintaining high EHS&E standards. Experience with ERP systems such as SAP would be beneficial.
