As a Site Manager, you will oversee the successful delivery of our client's prestigious commercial project in Dublin City.
About the Role:
Manage projects from inception to completion
Develop and implement effective project programmes
Identify and coordinate manpower requirements
Collaborate with subcontractors and direct employees on site
Ensure timely availability of resources on site
Maintain compliance with relevant regulations
Ensure high standards of Health & Safety, Quality, and Environmental performance on site
Oversee finishing work to the highest standard
Requirements:
Third-level degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Project Management preferred
Minimum 6 years' experience in a Site Management role with a Main Contractor
Excellent planning, organisational, and teamwork skills
Strong communication and presentation skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
Ability to build strong relationships with clients, staff, and subcontractors
